Process Five
We require timely responses from clients for information and documents requests. After lodgement, we continue to monitor progress and keep clients updated until final determination. Our usual method of communication is via e-mail.
Process Four
Agreement comes into force when the initial fee due under the agreement is received. Government fees are required to be paid when we give notice of readiness to lodge and third-party commitments are undertaken only upon instructions of client.

If we agree to undertake the task client is advised of risks and a draft agreement outlining terms, conditions, obligations, exclusions, and costs for each stage of the process is provided.

After Initial contact to request certain information to help us determine if there are reasonable prospects of realising client expectations.
