Our Migration Lawyer, Shanthi Silva is licensed by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA). The Migration Act 1958 restricts licensing to individuals (not corporations). The Company holds a Property and Business Agents Licence under the Property Stock and Business Agents Act 2002 in the State of NSW, Australia. Separately, Larry Silva a Director of the Company is a licensed Property and Business Agent.

Larry served several terms as a Director of the German Australian Chamber of Commerce and having founded the Australian operations of both MAN Energy Solutions and MAN Military Vehicle Systems he served as Managing Director, developing these entities into leading industry players. Furthermore he played an important role in the development of ALSTOM Australia into a leading engineering solutions provider, performing the role of Divisional Chief Executive.
Shanthi Silva was admitted as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of the State of New South Wales, Australia in February 2010. Shanthi is also qualified as a Bachelor of Business with major studies in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management. Having worked in Government, Industry and Corporate sectors her legal experience includes Compliance law, Industrial Relations law, Employment law and Migration Law.
